Waiting time for arrival was too long , as the post told me it came from Denmark, the packing was poor , and I felt like someone was wearing it before , it did not look new , but material is fine

Regarding the delivery time, our pieces are made to order, which means they first go into production before being shipped. According to the tracking information, your order arrived within the timeframe stated on our website, though I understand it may have felt longer than expected.
Thank you as well for sending me the photo. I can see why the presentation left you disappointed. While all of our garments are produced new for each order, the way your T-shirt arrived was not the experience I want customers to have. I've already taken this on board and will be discussing it with our fulfillment partner to improve the packaging and presentation going forward.
