At Naqshé, each product is made especially for you using a print-on-demand model through a trusted global partner. This allows us to minimize waste and reduce overproduction while maintaining high-quality standards. Please review our shipping policy below.
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Our fulfillment partner, uses a global network of production partners, which means orders are often printed and shipped from a location near you to reduce delivery times and emissions.

🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product ordered.
We may offer free shipping on select promotions or for orders above a certain amount — check our homepage or banners for current offers.
📦 Multiple Packages
You may receive your order in multiple packages if you order different products, as they may be fulfilled at different production facilities.
✈️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside Switzerland or the EU), customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
🧾 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-shipping fee. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
